- Please note that there is no return or exchanges allowed except special cases.
- Please clear all your doubts before confirming your order as there will be no refund once item's sold.
- All items sold are in perfect condition and are brand new unless otherwise stated. We will not be responsible or liable for any damages, etc after items are sold/sent out by post.
- All items delivered are of quality products. We ensure that the pictures of our products shown are accurate representations of the actual items. However, we cant guarantee that there will not be a slight variation in colour, design & size. The colour of the product may vary slightly as it depends on your monitor display of colours.
- Please transfer the money within 2 days (POSB or UOB) after we have confirmed your order.
- If you see PENDING under the items, it means the item is already reserved waiting for payment. But you can still place your order and once the previous transaction falls through, we'll inform you immediately!
- Goods sold are non-refundable.
- Dead buyers would be blacklisted! Hence, please be 100% sure that you want our crafts before placing your orders. You would do us a HUGE favour, and also all other sincere buyers!

- You asked about our material sources.
- You requested for trades/exchanges/swaps or attempted to haggle on prices.
- You requested for remakes of items which we have reiterated are one-off.
- You requested for customisation of items from scratch.
MeloBox Payment Details
- Melobox accepts payment through ATM transfers or Internet Banking to either POSB or UOB accounts! ( Account details will be sent to you via email if you're the first buyer or the winning bidder. )
- I do not encourage concealed cash payment via snail mail to avoid any misunderstandings or risks for which Melobox would not be responsible for.
- I will try not to do meet-ups if possible. BUT if need be, funds have to be transferred to me within the stated time frame (see below pointer) and meet-ups would be arranged upon receiving payment!
- Please note that payment has to be made within 2 days upon sending out the email. If I do not receive any response from the buyer after the stated time frame, item would be released to the next interested buyer. Hence, if you have expressed your interest for an item, please please! remember to check your mailbox!
